Q: How do I get tickets for the Lake Chelan Wine and Jazz Festival and what do they cost?

A: Tickets for will become available in early 2019 and will be sold online at chelanwinejazz.com. 
Tickets are limited and may sell out. Tickets will include following passes:

  • Full Festival Pass - 4 Days
  • Saturday Day Pass
  • Sunday Day Pass

Q: Where do I pick up my tickets?

Q: How do I get Jazz Shuttle passes?

A:  Jazz Shuttle Passes can be purchased online at chelanwinejazz.com for $35.00. Your Jazz Shuttle Pass is good for both Friday and Saturday Jazz Shuttles. Pick up your Jazz Shuttle Pass at the Lake Chelan Chamber of Commerce located at 216 E. Woodin, Ave. Chelan, WA 98816 phone: (509) 682-3503.

Q: When and where does the Jazz Shuttle run?

A: The Jazz Shuttle runs to all music venues on Friday and Saturday. The shuttle routes follow the map in the program beginning 30 minutes prior to the first performance of the day, and ending 30 minutes after the completion of the performances each day. You can hop on and off the Jazz Shuttle at any and all stops. The Jazz Shuttle only stops at Music Venues, it does NOT stop at all wineries See performance schedule to plan your route.

Q: Does one Jazz Shuttle ticket apply to all shows on all days?

A: The Jazz Shuttle runs on Friday and Saturday to all shows.  One ticket is good for both days. Shows on Thursday and Sunday, as well as music venues downtown Chelan and are all in walking distance of free parking.

Q: Where do I pick up the Jazz Shuttle?

A: Jazz Shuttle begins and ends in the back parking lot of the Lake Chelan Chamber of Commerce Building (located at E. Wapato Ave.) and runs in a continuous loop, stopping at music venues throughout the performance schedule. You can hop on and hop off at each music venue as shown. The Jazz Shuttle returns to the back parking lot of the Chamber of Commerce throughout and at the conclusion of the performance schedule.

Q: Does the Jazz Shuttle run to all the wineries or just the music venues?

A: The Jazz Shuttle runs only to the music venues. See the Shuttle Map for more details on which wineries and venues have performances. You can hop on and hop off at any music venue or return to the back lot of the Chamber of Commerce at any point of the shuttle loop

Q: What is the schedule for the festival?

A: The festival schedule lists all artists, performance locations and times. Expect about 30 minutes between performances when two shows are at the same venue.

Q: Is wine and/or food available for purchase at the music venue?

A: Wine will be available at every venue – prices, offerings, and food availability varies by venue.

Q: Can I bring a cooler to performance venues?

A: No. Outside food and drinks are not permitted at any venue.

Q: Can I bring a lawn chair or blanket?

A: Most venues will have seating.  Contact the venue for details. Venue locations, website info and phone numbers are listed on the map inside Festival program.

Q: Can I bring my pet?

A: Pets are not permitted at the festival with the exception of service animals.

Q: Is anything prohibited at the festival?

A: Grills, tents, canopies, outside food/drink, weapons, drugs, fireworks, noisemakers, bikes, skateboards, rollerblades, drones, frisbees, beach balls are all prohibited.

Q: Is there enough parking? Where should I park?

A: All venues will have parking but parking may be limited, depending on the location. Please adhere to the parking signs and to the direction of volunteers. For Jazz Shuttle information see questions above and Shuttle map.

Q: Are t-shirts available for purchase?

A: Yes, t-shirts are available for $15 at the Chamber of Commerce located at 216 E. Woodin, Ave. Chelan, WA 98816 phone: (509) 682-3503

Q: Where are the wine gardens and how do the wine gardens work?

A: There will be two wine gardens.  One will be located at the Ruby Theatre in the theatre lobby. The other will be located near the Riverwalk Pavilion (Sunday performances only) in the picnic area overlooking the Pavilion. Wine tickets will be available for $10 per glass (includes glass).  Credit cards only please. You must be over 21.

Ruby Theatre wine garden will open 40 minutes prior to the first show of the day for festival ticket holders only and will close 40 minutes prior to the end of each show.

Riverwalk Pavilion Wine Garden will open Sunday at 11 am, until the end of last performance. This outdoor wine garden will be open to anyone over 21, no festival pass required.
