Sign up to be a festival volunteer for the 2026 Lake Chelan Wine and Jazz Festival May 14-17. We have a variety of openings for jazz lovers, project managers, and more.

As a festival volunteer you receive:

  • A full festival pass to the 4 day event valued at $169 dollars

  • Access to the Shuttle

  • A Festival T-shit

  • Training in advance of your shift

Volunteer FAQs:

Volunteering is a great way to see internationally acclaimed jazz artists and enjoy great Lake Chelan Valley wines. To earn your festival pass you need to attend a scheduled training session AND sign up for at least one shift.

    • In your training session you'll get all the information you need to do whichever volunteer shift you've signed up for, including everything you need to know about the festival itself

    • How to sign up

      • Click on the volunteer link above. It will take you to the "Sign up Genius" on line application which lists all available volunteer opportunities, including location, timeframe, and a short description of duties. 

      • Select which volunteer role fits your interests and capabilities and sign up.

      • All volunteers receive and need to wear a Festival t-shirt and wrist band during shifts.

      • Volunteers can use the shuttle to get to your shift location or personal transportation

      • Each shift has at least two volunteers in case you need a bathroom break.

      • You need to be familiar with the program, FAQs, venue specifics (if it pertains to your volunteer role, Shuttle process, etc. - all of which you will learn about in you training session

      • You are a brand ambassador for the Lake Chelan Wine and Jazz Festival.
